Cancellation Policy

Our schedule is carefully planned in advance to ensure you and your pets receive the best care at a convenient time for you. If you need to cancel a walk or daily scheduled service, please notify us by 8:00 AM on the day of service to avoid being charged.

Extra Walks

If you wish to add extra walks or extend the walk time, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Weather

We walk in all weather conditions. If you prefer to skip a walk due to weather, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Time Considerations

Please allow a 10-15 minute time window, as weather conditions and traffic may affect our travel time.

Whats Included

All services come with a detailed summary of our visit, including photos sent to you through your preferred communication method.
